What to know before you ship with us

A quick look at coverage area, parcel limits, and fees before your first shipment.

Delivery area

  • Room-temperature parcels are delivered across Taiwan's main island, Penghu, and Kinmen, excluding certain offshore and remote addresses.
  • The order screen will tell you whether an address is covered. Remote-area definitions and lead times follow the latest system notice.

Parcel specifications

  • Room-temperature parcels: combined length + width + height within 150cm, and up to 20kg per parcel.
  • Parcels exceeding these limits may be refused, or charged an oversize/overweight fee (NT$50 per parcel). If the actual size differs from what was billed, the fee difference must be made up.

Prohibited items

  • There is a list of items we cannot carry (for example, high-value goods over NT$10,000, perishable food, valuables, and dangerous goods). You'll be asked to confirm this list when placing an order.
  • We are not liable for damages caused by shipping a prohibited item, and the related costs and legal responsibility fall on the shipper.

Cash on delivery (COD)

  • Cash COD: up to NT$50,000 per parcel.
  • Card COD: up to NT$200,000 per parcel.
  • Fees (tax included) follow the agreed rate and are deducted directly from the collected amount.

Signing and disputes

  • Parcels are generally handed to the recipient in person; at a residence, a co-resident may sign; elsewhere, a building manager or another person the recipient has authorized (such as a neighbor or coworker) may sign.
  • Disputes about the delivery result should be raised within 30 days of pickup; disputes about parcel integrity should be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Force majeure

  • For delays caused by natural disasters, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, or other events beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and resume delivery once conditions allow.
